Physio 4 Hire, LLC provides permanent and contractual employees. Let us do the work for you. Whether you're looking for a temporary therapist until you find that perfect employee or you need a therapist to cover an employee's temporary leave or vacation, we can provide you that therapist.

We also specialize in finding you that permanent employee that can help your company grow. We pre-screen all of our therapists and then also allow you to conduct your own interviews to make sure they are a perfect fit. If you decide they are exactly what you've been looking for, we will provide you all rights to them for a small one-time fee that will be minimal in comparison to the future benefits they can provide your company.

We offer:
Permanent Placements:

1. You essentially pay for a therapist to become part of your staff. You will pay us a one-time fee prior to the first day of employment.
2. You have the right to interview and negotiate compensation and benefits directly with the PT/PTA.
3. Once you employ the PT/PTA, P4H relinquishes all rights and responsibilities to you, the employer.
4. If you are not satisfied with this employee within the first 3 months, it will be our top priority to replace that employee.

Part or Full-Time Contracted Therapists:

• We will provide you with a temporary therapist and you will pay P4H an hourly rate for each hour the therapist works.
• You will not be responsible for benefits, insurances, or taxes for that therapist.
• All therapists will undergo prescreening by us and will be licensed to work in the state and have all insurances and certificates up to date.
• Contracts can vary from one week, to one year in length.
• If you are not satisfied with the therapist we will try to replace that therapist ASAP
• Price depends on:

1. Experience of the therapist
2. Distance the therapist has to travel
3. Length of the contract and number of hours per week

• You will have the option to hire, permanently, the therapist at any time for a prorated fee.
